Our team provides phone, video meetings, and in-person consultation processes that are geared towards understanding your brand, business, and requirements for the build.
Using our detailed project intake materials, preliminary project assessment documents, and additional approaches to consultations that are unique to Coast to Coast Custom Mobile Vending in this industry, we seek to understand your motivation in investing in a trailer/truck, and the specific return on investment you are looking to ascertain from the investment.
During this consultation process, which can take as long as our clients need or desire, you will meet the owner of the company, and other client relations team-members that are part of Coast to Coast.
Whether you are investing in a single or multi-unit order, our designers, owner, and installation director will work together to review the information from the consultation process, and then deliver a professional, organized, and well-constructed proposal deck that includes our product/service recommendations, consultation recap summary, and post-contract next steps.
Each unit that is part of the package and considered investment, will have its own visual based brand-wrap design, internal layout CAD, and a detailed description of the unit as a whole, in order to ensure that our clients know exactly what they are investing in, and will receive upon completion of order.
Transparency, attention to detail, and customer service are our main focuses - as they are the most important thing when proposing and constructing complicated assets.
Upon an in-depth review of the single or multi-unit order being considered by our clients, and all stakeholders and decision makers involved in the investment have given their approval - contracts can be signed and construction can take place.
During the construction process, our project management team, which will be assigned to the desired contact (s) at your organization will be available to answer questions, provide photographic/construction updates at any time, and be available to assist clients with any need.
As the single or multi-unit builds near completion - your project manager will schedule the delivery times for each unit to any location that you desire.
Additionally - our operations manager can meet your team on-site, on the day of delivery, and help you with logistics, set-up, and offer advice around the operations of the unit such as understanding the propane/lp system, electrical systems, and helping you with any questions/concerns that you may have on the day of delivery.
