Designing a Coast to Coast Trailer
The first step in acquiring a trailer from Coast to Coast is the design. Although prospective clients do not need to have a completed vision for their trailer, we advise them to know the basics of what they want to ensure our team meets that goal. To assist our clients, our design phase includes three in-depth stages.
Design Stage 1: Initial Consultation, Review, and Proposal
Our team may consult with a client through phone call, video conference, or in-person. The team will conduct a thorough consultation process, which includes our client meeting the company owner, to ensure that we understand the client’s exact needs, desires, and expectations. During a consultation, our client will fill out our meticulous intake documents and preliminary project assessment forms.
Here are some questions we may ask to help customize your project
- Who is your target clientele?
- What are your expectations for the trailer?
- Why is the trailer crucial to your business?
- What are your return on investment goals?
These are important questions because the answers affect the appearance and functionality of the custom trailer. For example, a client whose business only provides ice cream and that caters to students will have a markedly different interior and equipment than a client whose business provides fried foods and caters to all ages.
Constructing a trailer, whether the trailer is a multi-use enclosed trailer, customized enclosed trailer, or concession trailer, is a time-consuming task that requires a keen eye for detail and trained, professional awareness of functionality and practicality. Therefore, we exhaust all measures to make certain we fulfill your vision.
Our review process involves collecting input and aligning expectations from the Coast to Coast trailer designers, owners, and installation director. As a team, we will analyze our client’s intake and preliminary project assessment answers, and only then will we build out a proposal
A proposal deck is drawn up, and will include a brand-wrap design, internal layout CAD, and trailer description. Along with the proposal deck, our client will receive our recommendations for his or her service or product, a recap summary of the initial consultation, and additional information relating to warranties, project management, pricing, and final steps.
Design Stage 2: Constructing a Coast to Coast Trailer
Construction is the second step.
Construction will only occur once all invested parties agree and approve the Coast to Coast trailer contract. All of our clients will have access to the members of our project management team throughout the construction process. Our team members are available to answer any and all questions as well as provide routine photographic updates on the project.
Check out two of our recent featured projects:
Our client, U.S. Forestry Service, contracted for an equipment storage unit. During the construction phase, we agreed that the trailer’s final design would include the agency’s logo; slogan; (our client may request any wording they so desire and select the font and colors of the words – should also include whether they have a preference on placement during the consultation process); and an interior suitable for the purposes of storing large, small, sharp, dull, and heavy duty equipment without incident.
George Wiregrass Technical College, on the other hand, requested a full-service, solar powered food and beverage truck. It had a final design that included decal that is uniquely tailored to the institution’s purpose of higher learning. The interior design caters to the institution’s business purpose (food and beverage). The interior design consisted of stainless steel interior, two sinks for optimal work performance, ventilation system, refrigeration, solar-powered bulbs, and two deep fryers. The outside included
A weather-proof attachment, so customers can purchase food or beverage all season.
Design Stage 3: Delivering a Coast to Coast Trailer Securely
Delivery is the final step.
When it’s time for your unique and personally customized trailer to be delivered, we will be in touch to ensure seamless delivery. The client will provide the project manager with an exact and complete address by which to send the trailer or trailers. The project manager will schedule the trailer’s delivery time based on the client’s and our team’s availability and convenience.
As our name suggests, we deliver customizable trailers coast to coast. We have made deliveries all across the United States. Some of our featured personalized food trucks and multi-use enclosed trailers were delivered to Starkville, Mississippi; Puget Sound Naval Shipyard; and Saint Francis National Forest to name a few locations. Our clients can be confident in our ability to safely and securely transport their unit(s).
